Facilitation of Job or Work System (Re)Design by incorporating user participatory ergonomic principles.
Examples:
- Reviewing work systems and workspace layouts to facilitate two workgroups to come together to achieve integrated operations in an large industrial plant.
- Review of task demands and job requirements with remote operations teams to facilitate relocation and workspace design to a city based integrated operations centre.
